Eligibility & approval
Who can use Apex Labs?+
Adults who complete our eligibility form and are approved by our prescriber. Every customer is reviewed before any order is fulfilled.
How long does approval take?+
Our prescriber reviews requests as quickly as possible. If they need more information, they'll contact you directly.
What if I'm not approved?+
You won't be charged anything. The prescriber's decision is based on your safety, and we'll let you know.
Ordering & payment
Do I pay when I place my order?+
No. No payment is taken at checkout. Once you're accepted onto the programme, our sales team will call you or send a secure payment link to your mobile.
How much do treatments cost?+
Tirzepatide is £100, Retatrutide £125, GHK-Cu £75 and Wolverine £80 per pen. See the shop for full details.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Yes — as no payment has been taken, just contact us before you pay and we'll update or cancel it.
